Derwent Valley Construction were appointed the principal contractor for the new Derbyshire County Cricket Club Media Centre.

As part of the design team we worked alongside Pickard Everard - the project Architect and Armsons - the project Quantity Surveyors as well as external broadcasters Radio Derby and Sky to develop a scheme that would provide the club with the most modern media centre in the county.

The project was completed in September 2013 as promised with the club and all of its users highly delighted with their new stadium landmark. No doubt this helped secure a number of games in the 2017 Women's Cricket World Cup.
