Project Team

Derwent Valley Construction was founded in 1973 and remains family owned. The company has considerable experience in the construction industry and has completed many projects for a variety of clients ranging from local authorities and education boards to private individual clients.

In order to complete your projects to the high quality that you, the client, expects we will utilise many of our in house and sister company tradesmen.

Specifically we will use our own ground workers, stone masons / bricklayers and joiners; this will enable us to carefully control the quality of workmanship.

On all projects we provide a dedicated Contracts Manager who will visit site daily and a Senior Site Manager based on site, as work progresses specialist section and trades foreman may also be added to the site team i.e. groundwork, stonework / brickwork, joinery etc.

This will enable Derwent Valley Construction to offer even stronger control over time and quality management than many of our competitors.
